Jerktoberfest

Craft Beer, Homebrewing, Beerfests, and the annual Jerktoberfest competition.

Week 5, Crazy amount of growth the past 2 weeks (though Newport is still a no-show). I strung up a bunch more lines, many of which already have 2 or 3 vines running up them. There are also a lot of fruit fly-like bugs festering about between the soil and the lowest leaves, in the shade of the hops with the most growth. I’m going to cut back on watering those so it’s less damp and hopefully the flies will find a new home.
