3: BrewFest Encinitas promises to be educational. First, the 4 p.m. event will be on Mira Costa College’s San Elijo campus. 16-17: Stone’s 17th Anniversary Festival. Southern California’s largest brewery showcases its work and that of 40-plus guest breweries during three sessions.
